In accordance to Section 1284.03 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code, the applicant is requesting an appeal of the Building Commissioner’s decision to deny their Zoning Certificate.
2. Dorothy J. Dover, 3040 Inwood Drive
Applicant has submitted a request for an appeal of the Building Commissioner’s order to correct the noted violations of the Village of Evendale Property Maintenance Code for 3040 Inwood Drive. Ordinance #05-12 states that all appeals are heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
3. Approval of the minutes for the June 7, 2005 meeting.
